Job applications

The Careers form collects your name, contact information, position of interest, work-related answers, résumé, and supplemental video so The Chateau Glo can review your application and contact you about employment.

Application files are stored in private Cloudflare object storage. Only approved reviewers can open them through an authenticated review page. Application data and files are scheduled for automatic deletion after 90 days.

To ask about or request deletion of an application, email Chateaugloelgin@gmail.com. Do not send license numbers, government identification, or background-check information through the initial application form.

Other services

Booking, payments, and account data are handled by EZFacility under its own terms and privacy policy.

Policy review: This applicant-data notice describes the implemented workflow. The business should have its full privacy and employment-record policy reviewed before launch.
